Violent waves was awesome!! Met some cool people, some of them famous!! Pretty sure B&C were going to the original starbucks, but they were a street up to far and didn’t know it haha.

but O’BROTHER!!! UGH I met a few of the members. You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to tell them how I thought of their music in person… it was a long time, guys.

VIOLENT WAVES tour tonight in Seattle!!!!

I don’t know how these things work, but I’ll probably be in a Joyce Manor shirt and some shorts and a red sweater! Rain or shine though, right? haha oooh Washington… you pick this week to return to normal…

Violent Waves tour on Saturdaaay.

Extremely excited! the bad part is that it’s on a SATURDAY… in the BUSIEST part of Seattle. Pike Place. seriously… there will be no parking. Anywhere.

Yesterday I went to see Amanda Palmer at the Neptune theater in Seattle, WA. This was seriously the best show I’ve ever been to. She’s such an amazing person with so much to say, and she puts on quite the show. She pretty much toyed with every emotion you could feel. I went to see her as EvelynEvelyn a few years ago when I first discovered what good music actually was, but unfortunately, had to leave 2 songs into her own set. I spent my whole high school time waiting for her to come back around and last night was that night. It was honestly magical and (this is me being all cheesy) was like a really big door closing on a an extremely big part of life. All that waiting to see my idol again (for real this time) was incredible and I’m really glad I got to spend it with one of my best friends whom I have seen many other shows with. None like this. With the punk cabaret show to top this section of life off, I will continue to recommend Amanda Fucking Palmer to everyone I ever met. Forever. So if you ever get a change, go see/listen to her. Or the Grand Theft Orchestra…. do that.

Finally found someone to go to the Violent Waves tour with me.

I almost cried because none of my friends know any of them and I couldn’t find anyone.

I had to pay for her ticket, but it’s okay cus I owe her for things.

Seattle, WA

SO EXCITED.

The only friend I have with a decent taste in music went to college… I have no one to go with.

should hit me up.

On our way to Comic Con last Saturday.

We went as a Left 4 Dead group, Zoey on the left, Spitter (me) in the middle and we tried to get my friend to participate with this hoodie as a hunter… kinda.

National Portfolio Day was pretty sweet.

I got psycho analyzed by an admissions counselor from School of Museum and Fine Arts in Boston. She told me I was a perfectionist and then gave me the idea to do a series or something (a portrait a day)…

And then I got screwed over by School of Visual Arts @ NYC… waited 45 minutes, they talked to everyone for 10 minutes between 2 councelors and only talked to my friend and I for 3 minutes each…. and didn’t even give us good criticism or shit.

and then talked to Alberta college of art + Design- Calgary. She was the only one to like a specific piece of mine and said I’d be good at character design. So that was cool!!

Oh and judging looks from all the stupid hipsters there because I draw my shit on 11x81/2 sketch book papers and not huge canvases…

my first portfolio day= success!!

My name is Krista I'm 19 from the northwest. And I never know what to put here because I over think things...
